Hey guys, I'm sarah. I'm 19. I live in Michigan. I am in recovery for self harm and EDNOS, i'm a rape and sexual abuse survivor as well as a dating abuse/violence survivor. whyhellotherelittleone: awfulmodifications: SUBMITTER’S COMMENT: This girl is only 16 and her parents won’t let her get tattoos. What does she do? go to the local scratcher. What else? the tattoo was FREE. This artist keeps on tattooing under age girls (14-17) with no license and only house experience.  WHAT’S AWFUL: Just look at it, Its almost irreparable  For the rest of her life she’ll live with it. When ever she grows, its going to stretch and become further warped.  i would be scared to get at home tattoos from somebody with no license. It sounds like a one way ticket to hepatitis  that looks TERRIBLE. why can’t people just wait? i got my first when i was 16 but my mom took me to a profession place to get it done and it was on my wrist.
